All tickets sold on Vision Airlines are non-refundable. If your travel plans change and you cannot use the ticket you purchased for the itinerary you purchased, you may apply the Fare of the ticket to future travel on Vision Airlines. Any change to your itinerary will be subject to a Change Fee of $35 USD per segment/per way if you purchased a ticket in the SAVER or ADVANTAGE Class of Service, plus any increase in the Fare. Change Fees do not apply for tickets purchased in the SELECT Class of Service, but any increase in the Fare is due at the time of change.

One (1) $35 Change Fee per segment/per way will apply if you change your Departure, Return or both tickets on your round-trip itinerary. An additional Change Fee will apply for all subsequent changes to your itinerary.

If you purchased tickets in both the SELECT Class of Service and the SAVER or ADVANTAGE,
a Change Fee will apply if you change the portion of your itinerary in the SAVER or ADVANTAGE
Class of Service.

Vision Airlines credits for unused tickets are valid for one year from the date of purchase.
