What information is collected?

If you make a purchase, reservation, create a user profile or rewards account, and/or perform
any other functions using the Site (“Transaction”) you will be asked to provide information
required to complete the Transaction. This information may include, but is not limited to, the
names and personal information of passengers, names and personal information of persons
making the Transaction, billing addresses, telephone numbers, user profile or customer rewards
numbers or passwords, credit card numbers, credit card expiration dates, credit card security
codes, e-mail address, names and personal information of you travel companions, passport or
drivers license numbers, contact information of third parties, and/or details pertaining to you
travel plans (“Personal Information’).

How is the information collected used?

To the extent permitted by law, Vision Airlines, Inc. may disclose personally identifiable

Does a Site user have a duty to provide accurate information?

In accordance with Vision’s privacy policy Vision request the user provide certain Personal
Information when it takes part in a Transaction on the Site. The user hereby agrees any
information he or she provides on the Site will be accurate and that he or she will not submit

Upon request Vision will provide Site users with an opportunity to view Personal information
