- How do I make flight reservations?
- There are two available options to make a reservation. You may go online and book with us anytime at www.visionairlines.com, or call our Reservations Call Center at 1-877-FLY-A-JET (1-877-359-2538).
- What is Vision Airlines' Call Center hours of operation?
- Our Reservations Call Center hours of operation are 7AM to 9PM EST Monday through Friday and 8AM to 7PM EST on Saturdays and Sundays.
- Are customers issued a paper ticket?
- Vision Airlines is a ticketless airline. When a passenger makes a reservation online or over the phone, the passenger will be issued a confirmation number, which should be taken to our check-in counter at the airport on the day of departure and a boarding pass will be issued. The confirmation number and receipt may be sent to your email. Online check-in is not currently available. Please use your confirmation number to make any changes online or with our Call Center at 1-877-FLY-A-JET.
- Can a passenger fly without a confirmation number?
- Yes. You may present your government issued photo ID at the ticket counter during our airport check-in process.
- Does Vision Airlines have a rewards program?
- No. At this time we do not have any type of rewards programs.
- Does Vision Airlines have a military or government discount?
- Vision Airlines waives the fee of one check-in baggage for each active military personnel. However, at this time, we are not offering any fare discounts.
- What is Vision Airlines' ticket refund policy?

- Does Vision Airlines offer bereavement fares?
- In order to keep our low fares, it is our policy not to offer bereavement fares.
- Can a customer receive a refund due to serious illness?
- No. Please review Vision Airlines' Ticketing Policy.
- Does Vision Airlines offer any medical exception discounts?
- In order to keep our low fares, it is our policy not to offer medical exception discounts.
- Does Vision Airlines offer travel protection?
- No. At this time, Vision Airlines does not offer travel protection.
- Can customers purchase a ticket at the airport?
- Tickets can be purchased at the airport with a credit or debit card. Currently, Vision Airlines does not accept cash as a form of payment. See Airport Information for our ticket counter locations and operating hours.
- Can customers book a reservation for another person?
- Yes. To purchase a ticket for another individual online, after entering the passenger information, the individual booking the flight will be prompted to enter their credit card information. At this point, the name, address, and phone number can be changed to match that of which is on the booking individual's credit card statement.
- What if a Vision Airlines flight is delayed?
- If a Vision Airlines flight is delayed or canceled, a Vision Airlines representative will contact all passengers who are on a canceled flight with other available options. Please review Vision Airlines' policies on Delays and Cancellations.
- What is Vision Airlines' standby policy?
- Vision Airlines does not permit passenger to stand-by for earlier flights. In the event a passenger misses his/her flight, Vision Airlines will permit the passenger to be listed as a Stand-By on the next available Vision Airlines flight. Travel as a Stand-by is not guaranteed and the Stand-by List will be cleared at Vision Airlines sole discretion.
- Do passengers need to confirm their reservation 24 hours before their flight?
- Yes. We recommend that all passengers call to reconfirm their flight 24 hours prior to departure.
- Can a passenger stay in the stopover city without extra charges?
- All Vision Airlines fares are based on point-to-point travel. At this time Vision Airlines does not offer connecting service. All travel involving a stop is on direct service that does not require a change of plane.
- Can a customer book travel for groups?
- Yes. For group bookings of ten or more seats, please call our Call Center at 1-877-FLY-A-JET and ask for our Group Desk Supervisor.
- What kind of identification will passengers need at the airport?
- Vision Airlines and TSA requires a government issued photo ID for all travelling passengers ages 18 and older. If a passenger fails to provide proper identification to the airport on the day of departure, the passenger will not be permitted to travel. Please visit TSA's official website for acceptable forms of identification.
- What credit cards are accepted by Vision Airlines?

- What time do passengers need to arrive at the airport?
- Vision Airlines advises all passengers to please arrive at the airport no less than two hours prior to departure. The cutoff time for passengers to be able to check-in at the ticket counter is 45 minutes prior to departure. All passengers should be at the Gate and prepared to board the aircraft no later than 30 minutes prior to departure.
- What forms of Identification are required at check-in?
- Passengers age 18 and older must bring a government issued photo ID for check in, such as a state issued driver's license or a passport. Please visit tsa.gov for acceptable forms of identification. Birth certificates or other forms of acceptable ID (i.e. passport) are required for Unaccompanied Minors and Infants under the age of two.

- Are snacks or meals served on your flights?
- For your convenience, Vision Airlines offers complimentary sodas, juices and snacks onboard every flight. We also offer alcoholic beverages for purchase on our flights. Vision Airlines does not offer hot beverages, such as coffee, on our Dornier aircraft.
- Will alcoholic beverages be served on your flights?
- Yes, Vision Airlines does offer alcoholic beverages on our flights.
- Does Vision Airlines offer advance seat assignments?
- Yes, seats may be reserved at the time of your booking, but seating is not guaranteed. Changes may be made subject to availability.
- Can I use my laptop, cell phone, or other electronic devices onboard?
- Laptops, portable movie players, portable music players, and other approved devices may be used onboard the aircraft. In-flight crew members will notify all passengers when it is safe to use these devices. Portable radios, cell phones, and other such devices may not be used during flight at anytime. If there are any questions about a certain device, please ask an in-flight crew member. Review Vision Airlines' list of Portable Electronic Devices.
- Does Vision Airlines permit smoking onboard?
- No. All Vision Airline flights are non-smoking. The FAA prohibits tobacco products of any kind onboard our aircraft. For additional information, please see Lighters and Simulated Smoking Materials.
- Does Vision Airlines aircrafts offer Wi-Fi?
- At this time, Vision Airlines does not offer Wi-Fi on any flights.
- Does Vision Airlines have TV's on flights?
- At this time, Vision Airlines does not offer in-flight TV on any flights.

- How long before flights may customers make changes or cancellations to an itinerary online?
- Customers may make changes to their itinerary up to 72 hours before the scheduled departure time. For flight changes between 24 to 72 hours prior, but outside 24 hours, please contact Vision Airlines Call Center at 1-877-FLY-A-JET (1-877 359-2538). Please have your confirmation number available when calling.
- Can customers add checked bags to their reservation after booking their flight?
- Yes, customers may check bags up until 2 hours prior to scheduled flight time by calling 1-877-FLY-A-JET (1-877-FLY-A-JET), or when checking into their flight at the ticket counter.
- Can customers remove seats and bags from their itinerary?
- Yes, customers may remove these items and receive a credit file which may be used for future travel up to one year.
- Can customers add additional flights to their trip itinerary?
- Yes, a customer may add a flight to their current itinerary, however in some cases an additional itinerary may need to be made separately. Please keep in mind, most of Vision Airlines' flights are non-stop and/or direct. Presently, we have no connecting flights.
- Can customers cancel one flight segment on a roundtrip itinerary?
- Yes, Vision Airlines currently only offers one way fares. Customers may find it easier to contact Vision Airlines Call Center at 1-877-FLY-A-JET (1-877 359-2538) to assist with this change. Please have confirmation numbers available when calling.
- Can a person be added to an itinerary?
- Customers may be added to the current itinerary if the same fare class is available. However, if the fare is no longer available, the customer must be booked separately at the current fare price. If the new Passenger is under the age of 13, please contact Vision Airlines Call Center at 1-877-FLY-A-JET (1-877-359-2538) to book the reservation. Please have confirmation numbers available when making your call.
- Are there charges for making changes in a booked reservation?
- Yes. If you choose to cancel or change your reservation prior to departure, a fee of $35 each way plus any change in fare amount, per person traveling will apply. The remaining funds will be applied in a credit file good for future travel on Vision Airlines. All travel involving the credit file must be completed no later than one year from the date the original itinerary was booked. No credit card refunds will be given for fare differences or fluctuations after a reservation has been made.
- Can one person be cancelled on an itinerary?
- Yes. Customers may cancel a passenger on an existing itinerary. A cancellation fee of $35 for each passenger, each way, cancelled will apply.
- What happens if only a portion of an available credit is used?
- If only part of an available credit is used, the remaining credit amount will be stored in the credit file and may be used towards a new flight as long as travel is completed one year from the original itinerary booking date.
- Is anyone able to use my credit?
- Credit in your credit file is transferable. You may transfer this credit to another person with proper documentation.
- How long before flights may customers make changes or cancellations to an itinerary online?

- What is Vision Airlines' carry-on policy?
- Passengers may carry on one (1) bag and one (1) personal item at no charge. Please note that all items must easily fit in the overhead bin or underneath the seat in front of you. All other items must be checked. On our Dornier aircraft, the carry-on baggage will be checked into cargo planeside, and you will be issued a valet ticket. Bags will be picked up at your final destination planeside as well. Examples of personal items include:

- Laptop computer
- Briefcase
- Camera Case
- Portable electronic devices of similar or smaller size to items listed above

- Passengers may carry on one (1) bag and one (1) personal item at no charge. Please note that all items must easily fit in the overhead bin or underneath the seat in front of you. All other items must be checked. On our Dornier aircraft, the carry-on baggage will be checked into cargo planeside, and you will be issued a valet ticket. - What are the restrictions and requirements for carry-on baggage?
- The exterior dimensions for a carry-on bag must not exceed 9x 14x 22 inches. This measurement includes wheels, pockets, handles and decorations.
- What size liquid items are allowed through TSA security screening area and on board?
- You may take up to 3.4 ounce (100ml) bottle or less (by volume). Place items in a 1 quart-sized, clear, plastic, zip-top bag. One bag per passenger may be placed in screening bin. One-quart bag per person limits the total liquid volume each traveler can bring. 3.4 ounce (100ml) container size is a security measure. (If you have shampoo in its original container over the 3.4 ounce size, with contents inside less than 3.4 ounces, it will not be accepted.) If a passenger is unsure of the size of a liquid container, Vision Airlines recommends putting your liquids in your checked bag. Some exceptions, such as medications and baby formula, do apply. - Where should passengers keep prescription drugs?
- Vision Airlines highly recommends all prescription drugs travel with the individual using the container marked with the name of the person to whom they are prescribed. Although highly unlikely, should your bag not make it to the final destination, Vision Airlines does not want you to be without your prescription drugs.
- May a pet travel as a carry-on item?
- Yes. You may review Vision Airlines' Pet Travel Policy.
- Can passengers take scissors in a carry-on bag?
- Yes, manicure scissors measuring four inches or shorter are allowed by TSA as carry on items. For a full list of prohibited items, please visit www.tsa.gov.
- Is there a fee to check baggage?
- Yes. Passengers wishing to check luggage will be charged a per person, per bag, per segment Baggage Transport Fee between $15 and $75. All Baggage Transport Fees are non-refundable. Standard Size baggage must weight 50 lbs or less. Heavy Baggage must weigh 99lbs or less. The outside measurements of each bag must not exceed eighty (80) inches. - Are baggage transportation fees refundable?
- No, all baggage transportation fees are non-refundable. However, if you decide not to bring your bag, you may have the fee placed back on a credit file to be used on a future Vision Airline flight.
- Can baggage be added to an itinerary?
- Yes, you can call our Call Center at 1-877-FLY-A-JET (1-877-359-2538) and add baggage up to 24 hours before your schedule flight.
- Can baggage be checked at the Sky Cap?
- No, passengers will need to check their baggage at the ticket counter.
- Is there a charge to check wheelchairs or strollers?
- There is no charge to check wheelchairs, strollers, car seats, or other assistive devices. They can be used to assist you through the airport to the gate area and then be checked prior to boarding the aircraft.
- May passengers check sporting equipment?
- Yes, sporting equipment may be accepted for transport when (A) in a container acceptable to Vision Airlines, and (B) with outside dimensions not exceeding 80 linear inches. A $39 fee per piece, each way applies to checked Golf Bags. All other checked Sports Equipment incur a $50 fee per piece, per segment. Please review the Vision Airlines Contract of Carriage and Baggage Policy for additional information.
- What is the fee to check a car seat?
- No, it is free to check a car seat. A child restraint system (CRS) will be accepted for transportation in the Passenger cabin ONLY if the restraint system bears the approved label stating "approved for automotive and aviation" tag on it.
- How do I report a lost or damaged baggage?
- Once a passenger's baggage has been determined to be missing or delayed, a report must be completed within four (4) hours of arrival time. The passenger is also given a local service number, or the Vision Baggage Service Office number, for any questions or concerns that may arise. Review Vision Airlines' Lost or Damaged Baggage Policy.
- Where can I find items left on a plane or in the terminal?
- Items found in the terminal or on the aircraft are turned in to Vision Airlines' local airport office. We will make our best efforts to locate the passenger who lost the item. Items will be kept for 30 days. Unclaimed items will be sent to salvage. All lost articles are logged and held at the local baggage office until the passenger claims them, or makes arrangements to have them shipped at the owner's expense. All high value items are locked in a secure area whenever possible to reduce the possibility of theft. All Passengers with Lost & Found issues are asked to contact the Vision Airlines station manager at the airport where their articles were lost to make a report.
- Where can I find a list of restricted items and hazardous materials?
- The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) has an approved list of items that can be brought on board. Please contact TSA at 1-866-289-9673 or visit www.tsa.gov.
- Can passengers travel with a firearm?
- Vision Airlines allows firearms to be transported as checked baggage only using the following guidelines:
- All customers must declare their firearm at time of check-in;
- Vision Airlines does not accept ammunition for transport either in the cabin of the aircraft or as checked baggage;
- All firearms must be unloaded;
- Firearms must be in a hard-sided, locked case able to withstand normal baggage handling without damaging the firearm or other baggage.

- How is special assistance requested for a disabled passenger?
- When booking a reservation over the telephone, a special request can be made for the passenger who is requesting special assistance. If you book online, please then contact Vision Airlines' Customer Care department to make notation of your special request on your Passenger Name Record. Our numbers is 1-877-FLY-A-JET (1-877-359-2538) and request the assistance to be added to the reservation.
- Are Portable Oxygen Concentrators permitted onboard?
- Yes, there are seven (7) types of oxygen concentrators permitted for transport on Vision Airlines.

- The user must be capable of hearing the unit's alarms, seeing the alarm light indicators, and have the ability to take the appropriate action in response to the various caution and warning alarms and alarm light indicators, or be traveling with someone who is capable of performing those functions;
- The user must ensure the portable oxygen concentrator is free of oil, grease or other petroleum products, is in good condition, and free from damage or other signs of excessive wear or abuse;
- The user must inform Vision Airlines that he or she intends to use a portable oxygen concentrator onboard the aircraft. The user must have a written statement, signed by a licensed physician, in that person's possession, and must allow Company personnel to review the contents of the physician's statement which must:
- state whether the user of the device has the physical and cognitive ability to see, hear and understand the device's aural and visual cautions and warnings and is able, without assistance, to take the appropriate action in response to those cautions and warnings;
- state whether or not oxygen use is medically necessary for all or a portion of the duration of the trip; and
- specify the maximum oxygen flow rate corresponding to the pressure in the cabin of the aircraft under normal operating conditions.
- Only lotions or ointments that are oxygen approved may be used by persons using the portable oxygen concentrator device.
- The user must carry on the flight a sufficient number of batteries to power the device for the duration of the oxygen use specified in the physician's statement, including a conservative estimate of any unanticipated delays;
- The user must ensure that all batteries carried onboard the aircraft in carry-on baggage are protected from short circuit and are packaged in a manner that protects them from physical damage; and
- When a battery-powered portable oxygen concentrator is carried onboard the aircraft as carry-on baggage and is not intended to be used during the flight, the battery must be removed and accidental operation during transport.

- How is special assistance requested for a disabled passenger?

- May an infant travel on a passenger's lap?
- Yes. Children under the age of two are permitted to sit on a parent, legal guardian, or immediate family member of legal age's lap free of charge. An infant may not travel unless it is at least 14 days old. Please call Customer Care at 1-877-FLY-A-JET so a reservation agent may document the child's name and date of birth. Please be aware identification, such as the child's birth certificate, will be required at check-in to verify the child's identity and age. Review Vision Airlines' Infant Travel Policy.
- Can customers bring strollers to the gate?
- Each fare-paying passenger is allowed to take a stroller or a car seat to the boarding area. The stroller or car seat can also be checked at the time of check-in. If the stroller or car seat is taken to the gate, it will be "gate checked." This means that it will be stowed in the cargo hold of the aircraft, and will be available upon reaching the aircraft's final destination. The stroller or car seat can then be picked up at gate side.
- Can customers bring their child's car seat on board and use it as a child restraint device?
- A child restraint system (CRS) will be accepted for transportation in the Passenger cabin ONLY if the restraint system bears the approved label stating "approved for automotive and aviation" tag on it.
- Can I check my car seat if it does not have the correct labels?
- Vision Airlines does accept all other CRS as checked baggage. There is no fee for checking a child's car seat. The car seat does not apply toward a Passenger's maximum bag allotment.
- What is Vision Airlines' unaccompanied minor policy?
- Children ages 5 and up may fly alone. Children 13 and up may be treated as an adult unless otherwise requested. There is a $100.00 fee that will be charged when booking the reservation. Review Vision Airlines' Unaccompanied Minor Policy.
- May an infant travel on a passenger's lap?

- What are Vision Airlines' policies for traveling with pets?
- Your pet can travel with you in the cabin for a fee of $50, each way. Pets permitted in the cabin include dogs, cats and household birds. Review Vision Airlines' Pet Travel Policy.

- What are Vision Airlines policies regarding Customers of Size?
- If a customer purchases an additional seat upon initial booking, the second seat will be sold at the same low fare as the first seat. Pre-selected seat fees shall be waived to ensure the customer gets two seats side-by-side. A second seat may be purchased up to or on the date of travel at the lowest fare available, but all purchases are based on availability.
- How does a passenger know if they are a Customer of Size?
- The armrest is the definitive gauge, as it serves as the boundary between seats. Customers who are unable to lower the armrest and/or compromise any portion of adjacent seat(s) should proactively book the number of seats needed during the initial booking. Vision seats measure 17.8" from inside of armrest to inside of armrest.
- What are Vision Airlines policies regarding Customers of Size?

- What is Vision Airlines' policy for pregnant women?
- We recommend that pregnant passengers consult a physician before flying. If pregnant passenger's due date is within fourteen (14) days of travel, Vision Airlines requires a note from a physician.

- Does Vision Airlines make accommodations for passengers with peanut dust allergies?
- No. Vision does not maintain a peanut-free zone on any aircraft. Vision serves products that may have been manufactured in facilities that process peanuts or peanut-based products. Customers are also allowed to bring food onboard the aircraft and may bring products that are manufactured in facilities that process peanuts or peanut-based products. Vision cannot control what other customers bring on the plane and does not guarantee a peanut-free or allergen-free flight.
- Does Vision Airlines make accommodations for passengers with other allergies?
- No. Vision does not guarantee an allergen-free flight.
